mad and happy at the same time

well, my financial aid is FINALLY available. it wasn't done until april 22nd after i had to follow up a bazillion times. I have all the emails saying "it's done, it's done". very frustrating.

i was going to meet with a lawyer today about my housing situation, but i didn't bc i had a job app to drop off at one of the best preschools in portland, they are *never* hiring bc they don't have much turnover bc they rule. i am going to go to the legal aid thing next week and talk about how old school not doing their job affected me detrimentally and i almost lost my house and i would've if i didn't have landlords that are human and awesome people on my side willing to take time to write letters on my behalf.

it just all pisses me off more and more. i am glad i am not going to school there. i'm better off without them. eff em.

i think i have to wait 2 weeks to start, but i don't know fer sure, i am sure my advisor will call me tomorrow. i can't wait to talk to new school and get started. wooo!!!!
