Hey,

I haven't heard you talk about school much lately.

How is it going?

Do you guys get breaks? How many weeks is each class?

How is your group work going?

I'm totally interested!

hey there. 1 assignment down. 1 to go.

we don't get breaks. we can take them if we want, but i am just going one into the next.

the classes are 1-6 weeks. i just finished a 6 wk class and didn't hand in the final work. so that is what i am doing. i had a 100 until the 5th week so i should do ok still.

this group was really cool. i hope the last assignment worked out with them. i haven't checked in yet. bad.

self discipline = not a strong point.

It's difficult for most people to self motivate. I think it's a personality type thing. It's actually one of my strong points... but that's because I'm unable to rest until everything is off my plate.

even without handing in 2 assignments, i got a 73. i handed in the assignments and might get an A, but def. a B. I had told this teacher in the beginning of the class that i had other things going on. i haven't finished the disability forms bc karapist and i talked and i needed to revise them. i need to get on that.

and, yeah, it's total personality. i am up at my dad's and he does the same thing, "i should really cut that wood today", "i think after this, i'll go out and saw a bit", etc. instead of just getting it done, talking about doing it...

once i get going on something i get into it and if i like it keep going or if not at least get it done...

i also bore very easily, this class was boring bc it's stuff i've learned and done and i didn't care enough anymore. meh.

priorities with school (DO WORK!):
1) talking to education advisor about where i am in certification process, if i can ever get something besides voicemail
2) talking to academic advisor about transferring credits and prior learning assessments to waive classes
3) filling out and handing in disability forms
4) filling out some 08/09 fafsa certification and filling out 09/10 fafsa.

boo yeah
