so exciting!

did my title grab your attention? i hope so.

so, what have i been up to? let's see, yesterday i worked and when i got home was really tired but stayed up late watching and reading various stuff and things on ye olde interweb. i actually am tired a lot =( i don't think i eat well enough at home and it makes me tired. but also, i am working all day in the sun (thank you good weather) with kids on my feet so i know that's contributing.

anyway, i also worked today. there are many reasons i love work, it's perfect. the people there rock, co-workers and families are all awesome. the kids rule. we grow our own food and herbs and make sun tea out of flowers and harvest plums for eating and plum cake to be made by (my secret 22 year old crush) the awesome cook. the childre are so educated and i love when they pick me flowers and then to hear things like 'teacher, the calendula flower in your hair looks pretty'.

today a pretty amazing thing happened. we get bread donations from the neighborhood store and some of them the school can't use because they aren't vegan or whatever other reasons, so we have a free box where (the teacher get to look through and stash stuff first) the parents get to take home various breads. a child was wondering if he could take a loaf of bread to give to a homeless man and i said he could, but then he said, 'well, i know we're supposed to wait for our parents so i guess i will just ask when i get picked up'. he told me that the homeless man, jake, lived in an alley and had given his little sister 2 small gifts for her birthday 'and he's homeless!' he asked his dad and proudly told me when he was leaving that he was allowed to take it to give to the homeless man. that's awesome to me.

i feel like i got sunburn again. no matter how much sun block i put on, it still feels burny. meh. dude, my anti-virus has been scanning on my desktop for over 2 hours, it's ridonkulous. er, randomness. skye3 came over for a few hours, she did a henna star on my hand and a flower on my arm. i really wanna get a real tattoo(s).

yeah, so i'm more tired. i'm gonna watch 'it's always sunny in philadelphia' season 3 disc 1 from netflix. that's all for now. latah!
