i've had another one of the worst weekends ever. friday i had an okay time, meeting, friends, at home but then when i got home as a result of blowing my nose, my ear clogged up and later started to ring and then i could hear my pulse in it, so basically my head and ear are throbbing and i didn't sleep at all friday night.
saturday i talked to my mom, RN, and she said if i had taken the sleeping pills before and they worked but now i took them 4 days in a row and they didn't seem to be working that i shouldn't talk them. so i took benadryl and slept from like 10am-2pm saturday. which was another hellish day. pain, discomfort, loneliness and boredom. i went the the store and got tater tots as a treat, along with more benadryl and some homeopathic ear drops which i don't know if they are really doing anything, but it feels good when i use them and it has chamomile in them so it's supposed to be calming.
then i slept from like 2am saturday night until sunday night at 10pm, like 20 hours of sleep. good birthday present for the state i am in. i am not going to communicate with some people anymore. more on that. i am tired and getting ready to lay down, lol. i signed up for ok-cupid and more on that, too, hahaha. i am not smoking until my health is better. i am starting to fear i have pneumonia or something. i had a ridiculous rash on my chest upper arms and upper back, totally anxiety related. sigh. breathe. you can do this, nikkol, I'M AWESOME!

I hope that you're starting to feel better! Poor you. That's no way to spend your birthday.
actually, i feel great right now bc of this amazing Rx cough syrup that i got for less than $5. I can't take any otc syrups bc of allergy and other meds interacting. i still have all symptoms in my head but i am not coughing and feel tingly, much more tolerable. i am tempted to take more, but i will be a good patient and wait the hour and a half i am supposed to before another dose.
