last night and today continued the productivity. i applied to 8 'education' jobs from craigslists last night. i got 2 responses. i need to reply to an email from aol that is kinda disjointed and they have no website, which is always weird to me, but + reviews on the interweb through google. also creative minds, looking for pt and ft called for an interview. i will call back tomorrow bc i didn't get the message until late. weeeeeeee
i went to psych and it was good. she's such a smart ass, i love it. i got to explain in detail what a blunt was which was entertaining and she figured it out and dubbed it as a 'pot cigar'; i'm like not supposed to do stupid stuff like that anymore. oh, i remembered to ask her about dbt and it is for a myriad of things not just borderline personality disorder, it's main focus is emotional regulation. i would've taken a book but it was for suicidal adolescents and then i didn't see the other ones, i will look next time. karapist offered and we might start to integrate some concepts in or something, idk, she said it was intense and thought i could do it (besides the $5K) so right now we're still sticking to the treatment plan which is going well. i feel pretty good. i am doing things on my treatment plan and just for fun, too =) balance is important.
i ate today, coffee with cream always, glass of skim milk, glass of apple juice and peanuts, amy's indian frozen dinner. and i plan to have low fat thin mint ice cream in a bit. i am transitioning to 5 small meals. i need to get some food. i wish i would get my damn period. i am a week late tomorrow. no need for worry, but have slight pms, cramps and headaches and am bloated. meh. it's been normal besides the horrible pms until this month.
i did my homework and looked on craigslist and there are no jobs, well one maybe, but it's difficult to navigate their overly corporate site, meh...i put some more laundry away. the pile is chipping away. i ran the dishwasher so i need to empty it and put the few dirty things in the sink into it, aka keeping up with dishes. it's mainly water bottles. i re-fill glass bottles for convenience of an ice cold beverage, the ability to grab a bottle and lid and go out and it helps to conserve energy to have them in the fridge rather than it being empty. wheee.

Do you remember the time when you wrote that you hadn't gotten your period and I freaked out and called you and was like, "911 Emergency...!"
I can't imagine that someone wouldn't know what a blunt was. I'm glad that you asked about dbt. I've been wondering...
Sounds like you've been very productive. Yayayayyayayayayay!! How are you feeling?
omg - yes. i've been on the pill for almost ever, not anymore, YaY. i have only missed like 1-2 times in my whole life. and then when it was ..weird.. and had a talk in a public place with my mom the nurse so neither of us would freak out. it was just clotting and i was and am fine. this time, i really think i put it in my calendar a week early =/ bc i got it sat. am, so i am just chalking it up to my err, bc for the last 5 months it has been on time.
well the person that didn't know what a blunt was is my middle aged, rigid psyciatrist who doesn't smoke. she was like so there's tobacco in it? i was like, 'no, that's a spliff', she looked confused and disgusted the whole time. i told her i only take my sleeping pill when away, mostly if i don't have weed, and she laughed and said that was great criteria for taking my meds. she knows herb helps and we've talked about cutting down or quitting and she said i have to want it. i have become more cognizant, but i'm not ready.
i had talked with karapist about dbt but hadn't specifically asked psych who explained that it was developed for that and there is a common misconception that it is only for borderline p.d., it's for mood and personality disorders for emotional regulation. she rocks.
i've been feeling pretty good. i am tired, period. but today am gonna chill, maybe do some laundry and hide away from all the superbowlers.
