hair results!

but first. i just bought a pack of cigarettes. i haven't bought a pack in over 5 years. but, i've realized i need a stress relief and herb helps, but has it's downfalls, too. right now, as anna mentioned in an earlier comment, my self-control is non-existent and spending $5 on something i won't abuse as much rather than $40 on something i will seemed like a better option. i also haven't seen my psych (saw a different one for meds) in like 5 weeks and i know i am going to get my meds increased so blah blah blah. i got some responses from my teachers, they are worried for me. i think my director was worried that i might be thinking suicide, but i'm not. anyway.

bangs with whispy layers = 2 votes!

face frame = 6 votes!

bangs with big layers=1 vote!

short face frame type thing=2 votes!

uber short=0 votes

i did this on the blog, myspace and facebook and those are the totals for all three.

ok, so the most votes was the face frame. i did this once in high school, but i did it in spain and was not fluent in spanish and wasn't not pleased when i got back to the states and they tried to fix it but i just never was happy with it, but i won't let that affect my decision.

i got 2 votes for the shorter face frame, too. i don't think i want to go that short at first, but the votes were from my lady cousins in WA who wouldn't do me wrong.

i also got 2 votes for bangs with whispy layers. i've been wanting bangs for a long time. i don't know if bangs are for me though. i tried on other pics with bangs and they didn't look so great. just kind of over my face and layed straight.

i got one vote for the bangs and layers thinking it would look good styled or flat. they also commented that in that pic they love my pulled cheekbone and deformed chin. maybe those are pulling others away from this choice, it was the hardest to fit my face into!

so based on the votes and what i want, it's now between the face frame and bangs with whispy layers or bangs and big layers. i'll be doing this over thanksgiving wkend as long as my sisses friend is around. so they'll be more voting btw the final 2. wooooooooooooooooo!

I'm really interested to see your haircut on the real you.

Don't sweat the cigarettes. So often I wish that I could buy a pack. Right now I just wish I was hanging out with you and smoking yours.

I read on my blog that you felt lost in the comments. I wanted to respond there, but I just feel like leaving that post alone.

Good point about the nursery school-child care centers. As many terrible child care centers that exist, there are also some great ones. Of course... I don't think that we could afford them. But they do exist!!!!!!!!!!!

well, when i get the haircut i will be taking on the mannerisms of the star i took the idea from, so a whole new nikkol is about to emerge. hehe.

i wish we were hanging out smoking cigarettes! i think it's funny bc neither of us are "smokers" but get us together and we'll smoke a pack in a night. literally.

with your blog, i was typing a long response (shocker from me) and the first time a comment from you popped in that i hadn't read before i commented and then the second time, a comment from bev popped in that i hadn't read before i commented that time. just kinda weird and i usually don't make perfect sense but i was coming out of left field reading them in order. uhhhhh.

and thanks. there are so many different types of care across the board that it's a tough one. the best center i worked at was non-profit and super cheap for families and had in house and out of house scholarships (based on need i think) available. so the range of children and families there was vast which i think is one of the reasons it was so great. (not so great = mean teacher, who btw, didn't go to grad school, didn't move like she wanted to, but did get married and is most likely still miserable in her position there and possibly making others miserable. poor her, i hope she can find happiness)
