not so pleasant, but i am on the constant verge of puking. i've had anxiety attacks with puking sometimes 3 times in a row almost every morning and throughout the day, too. it's like i start thinking about one thing and then a million things and then my brain and body can't control and i just puke. this used to happen a lot (bloomfield) and i was tested for stomach problems and stuff, but it wasn't correlated to anxiety until i researched it myself and have better health care professionals here. herb really helps but a) none here, b) doesn't help with the coughing and tearing of whatever the hell is going on inside my throat, c) may or may not help with getting school work done, it can really go either way. right now i feel like it would take my mind and body off of puking and allow me some focus and i want to get stuff done so that's usually a key factor. but that's a moot point. I am going to do stuff, not just wait around to see if someone calls me.
Today:
home: coffee (check), breakfast (oatmeal), dishes (in progress), laundry (i should start that now bc everyone has been using the machines), other meals (store), shower (that would feel good)
store: includes relaxing walk to and from store. Baking Soda, Rubbing Alcohol, TP, 4 AA batteries (that will last forever in camera), Sugar in the Raw, Shampoo&Conditioner (if i can afford it), healthy food
work: Wellness: do 1 nature observation, type all four up, revise play paper, CSA project and paper, create notebook to standards, see syllabus, write email. Culture: see syllabus (check), email, work on Lesson Plan due 11/22, read stuff. SP Issues: email, read stuff. Child Development: Finish 2nd and 3rd part to Observation, bring excerpt from my reading report original text, look at Group current event essay, email. FE: email L and L, visit Thursday to see Language and Literature.
that doesn't seem so bad, but i still feel like i'm gonna puke. ugh. maybe i will lay down and read. that's work.

I used to get like that too. Anxiety really kicked my stomach's ass... which is kind of funny when you picture a stomach's ass... I digress.
I think it's great that you made a manageable list. Looks like a good order to do things also. A nice refreshing shower then a walk to the store to clear your head and get some fresh air then schoolwork.
You can DO IT!!!! Heheheh.
ugh. thanks for sharing. and an imagerial reference. i like making up words.
i think you might pee when you see my next post. which is my desktop as well. yeah. that's how i roll. lol
