i can hardly see bc i've been crying so much. i'm not crying now, there is just a tear film over my eyes. ugh.
i've been going to be at like 7-8-9pm at night and sleeping 12 hours or more because it's the only time when i don't hurt. today i woke up thinking i was ok and then i sat up and hurt really bad. and just started crying. and didn't stop for a while. cried about other things. meh.
i am going to the clinic on monday. it's the best bet bc i am seeing karapist that morning and it's open a lot of hours so i have the most chance of being seen. also, it's been like 9 days now, i think last time it lasted over 2 weeks. ugh. sucks.
i might try to walk really slowly to the store. even if i just get food for today or something. it doesn't hurt to ride the exerbike bc i just sit and pedal so i might do that. i have laundry to put away. and reading and school work. if i feel up to that. which i might not today. can't think of anything else in my boringness.

Get to the clinic! Even the hospital!
Have you emailed your teachers, or have you been able to keep up with your schoolwork?
Also, can you call someone and ask them to pick you up and take you around. It doesn't seem healthy to be walking around in the cold... no matter how short. If you're in pain... you need help.

yeah, i am going to the clinic on monday. i can't go to the hospital bc of no insurance.
i've kept up with my schoolwork except for 2 lesson plans, one is for 4th grade reading about salmon jumping which is pretty much written and one for any math level or subject which i haven't written yet. we're doing a new thing where we have to submit them on "taskstream" which is what schools use so for some reason that is holding me back from doing them. if it was just typing in word and handing them in, they'd be done.
i am sure STone or Mel-G would help me, but i have a tough time asking. meh. thanks.

i didn't go. i was going to go bc i had karapist, but she was sick so i didn't. tomorrow i might or thursday i have to see psych, so i might go then. i suck.
