I went to OG psych yesterday, she thinks abilify is helping and that i am not manic, whew. We talked about tachacardia, the rapid heart beat thing that doc was concerned about, she said to make sure i am drinking water or other fluids and that things with caffeine, ie coffee, tea, cocoa, diet pop don't count and will contribute to the problem, erg. I am doing better today, I think ;)

We also talked about drinking alcohol and she said 'well you're on serious medications, what do you think might happen?' 'That it will affect me more.' So, I had 4 drinks last week and didn't feel sick but that was only 2 weeks in, abilify is still working into system. So, I have to be really careful. I would like to learn the skill of being able to say no sometimes, sigh.

We had a laugh about the pleasant blue envelope a drug company sent her so she opened it and we made a fake commercial 'look, he's bbq'ing! his mental illness prevented him from that before. with geodode enjoy activities you used to.' lol good times :)

I have to go to Rx, I was going to go yesterday, but I found out that the OHP paperwork I got was just to tell me I am on the reservation list which means nothing but now I have the form filled out if my number gets chosen, boo. So I came home after my appts. bc I was a bit miffed.

I took this quiz on OkCupid whilst visiting a profile of a nice gent I am going on a photo walk with and I think it's pretty accurate as opposed to the Bullshitter vocabulary score I got, ha! Anyway, I got
