i applied to this job and they sent me back a questionnaire to answer with questions like "what is your previous experience with children", "what are the ages you've worked with","what dates". um, like, you could read my resume. it's in the body of the e-mail like you asked which took me WAY too long to do to retain some type of formatting. whatever. i am answering them now.

i guess i shouldn't complain. i just got an interview with them. i can see how companies might need to weed out people that aren't really interested, aren't really qualified or whatever. i will willing answer many more questions even if the answers can be found on my resume if it leads to interview and work! YaY
