The music I am listening to was talking about aliens and spaceships and tang and i got fixated on tang for a while. they apparently have 'new tang', no thank you. i did read that you can use tang or lemon flavored powered drink mix to clean your dishwasher though bc of the citric acid. very interesting.
I have had really bad headaches and backaches. i wonder if it's bc I was sick. I also has some wicked double vision going on at times. this is a common side effect of abilify and should go away within 2 weeks. it only happens if i stare at something, usually, eventually your eyes would blur or whatever, now if i stare, almost right away i get doubles. i wonder if this will affect my eye exam on monday. hmm. there is a free eye clinic on monday, exam, frames and lenses for free! and i have an acupuncture appt. on tuesday. yay.
i have more to say, but i am going to rest and watch a show or a movie maybe. meh.

Free glasses! Amazing.
We have a glasses recycling program at work. People bring in their old frames and we donate them. I found this amazing pair of vintage glasses and I donated them to myself! I can't wait to have my prescription put in them!
oh yeah, those are classic migraine symptoms and i didn't even realize it. but insomnia and blurred vision are on the abilify side effect list. i guess it could be a combination. or also, everyone reacts differently. sorry you've been having migraines, i'm gonna pop over there now. feel better!
yeah, the clinic is closed on MLK day but people from an eye place come in with their equipment and do exams and have some frames to choose from and then students put the lenses in. i wouldn't be surprised if they are recycled frames, but they may be new. i remember the glasses you found at work, can't wait til you get em with Rx lenses. Yay
