falling sucks

i fell down around 4:45pm today, it sucked. i had to go to the Rx, so i did and also got a bunch of stuff i wanted and needed, face scrub, glitter, etc. and had a very full reusable shopping bag, a very full purse and a 24 pack of TP. one step before the sidewalk i slipped backward in the mud and really don't know how i didn't hit my head. the ass of my coat and jeans is like covered in mud and my right arm warmer and sleeve of the jacket are covered and there is a lot in other places, too. my back and head HURTS. bad. i took 850mg tylenol and 600mg advil. waited 2 hours and it didn't work. i took a darvocet, i got a few of them and flexiril from a friend, that's what you do with no insurance. he needed anxiety meds, i gave him three .5mg, one day of mine to him even though i shouldn't have. i need to find my pill cutter to cut the flexiril into 5mg, not 10mg bc they knock me out. grr, i hate being in pain and tomorrow i am looking forward to being in more, double grr. grr grr. i was going to talk about stuff, but my head hurts and so does my wrist, d'oh! i need to do a powerpoint presentation for my team. and i am hungry. at least my chai tea is ready.
