the hangover: real life

it's no where near as funny as the movie. i woke up hours ago with a splitting headache. i continue to have this splitting headache. stupid $1 drinks, i suppose i didn't need 4, but uh, yeah. and i smoked about 5 cigarettes. sk3 showed me and l57 her new place and we were sitting in the backyard and decided to enjoy one. then we shared a few at the bar, too. hacking coughing, but only a little bit. and headache. no more smoking for me. i did make it a moon month before having one. stupid cigarettes. oh well.

i got effed with school. remember when that teacher said i could turn in my stuff late, but then it was after the last day of class and that is against school policy and then i got a 'c' in the class? well that brought my gpa below 3.0 bc i hadn't had many courses and i was put on academic probation. all this did was make me mad and all i had to do was get good grades which i did. so my classes usually start one after the other. i went to log in, i have no current class. i call my advisement team and they say that they have to wait for this grade to come in and i have to have a 3.0 or higher, which i do, so i can be taken off academic probation and start again. so i have a hopefully only one week, but possibly 2 or more week vacation to get the grade in the system and get cleared and signed up. *big sigh*

headache. headache. meh. there are no jobs that sound awesome. oh, karapist told me of a resale shoppe maybe, i want a teaching job. black coffee and water. i am random, fyi - lol ;)

UPDATE: tonight was the night of my Jeopardy! contestant quiz. i think i did pretty okay. every answer i knew i got in on time except i put 'poppie' for an answer and realized there was a context clue of dutch so i tried to change it to 'tulip' and didn't get it in. besides that i guessed as best i could. i wasn't nervous and i didn't think about the previous question, just kept trucking. it was fun and i hope i get called! if not, in a year i'll do it again, wheeeeee!


UPDATE2: my new niece, Rory Sandler McMahon was born! Austin and Dana are parents! YaY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
