wheeeekend

late thursday night my niece, Rory, was born. here's a picture of her smiling and sleeping (girl after my own heart...)


friday's events pretty much pertained to talking about Rory, looking at pictures and posting and e-mailing pix for family and friends to see. wheeee. i also cleaned on the kitchen and some in my room.

saturday i felt crummy. i cleaned my room, well sorted through clothes. i have tons to give away. tons of laundry. i went to j48s and played some guitar hero and we watched 'sunshine cleaning', it was pretty good. jbandboy had invited me to a show friday and a house party saturday. sky3 and i were gonna go to the house party but after he said 'i'll txt u with the address', he never did. this bummed me out. sky3 reminded me he was prolly busy being that he was playing both nights and hosting a band from santa cruz. i should just keep it as it is and not look for anymore. meh.

today i cleaned on the kitchen more, it's almost awesome. just have to sanitize counter tops, mop and throw away garbage and recycling. then keep on top of it. i did 2 loads of laundry. i ran out of laundry soap =( but should just pace myself, 2 loads a day is good until it is all done and then keep on top of it, full basket, do laundry. change sheets and towels?, do laundry. i folded those and some other clothes that weren't put away and have put most away. i have to before bed bc they are on top of the bed, mwhahahaha.

i am excited for the grammy's in a half an hour. the red carpet was 3-5pm PST and then the show started at 5pm PST but they are not showing it until 8pm here so it's live on the east coast. I don't understand things. I read the fuggirls live red carpet so i have some hints as to the madness that may ensue, wardrobe wise that is...i am on my second glass of wine and haven't eaten dinner and am thinking my own live grammy blog might be in order. hmmmm
